Famil Industrial incorporate the idea of a modern industrial park consisting of three independent buildings – an office area, a warehouse base and an industrial building with production workshops.

To cover all standards of a modern working environment, we built a photovoltaic plant to cover the electricity needs of the entire complex. We have placed car charging stations in the open and closed parking spaces. The presence of a tank of 485 cubic meters with a pump room gives us the opportunity to build a sprinkler fire extinguishing installation.
The office area is made with the possibility of combining the spaces, and the vertical transport is carried out with an elevator, with dimensions large enough to transport goods with europallets.
The warehouse is divided into two separate warehouses.
The industrial building with production workshops includes a furniture production workshop, a joinery production workshop and an ironwork workshop.
